Dear RWA Families,

Welcome back! We hope everyone had a wonderful winter break and wish you all a happy New Year! We want to take a moment to thank our families who donated to our Connect with a Wish drive! This Christmas drive was a success, and we greatly appreciate those who could participate!

Re-enrollment

We can't believe we are already looking forward to the 2023-2024 school year! Re-enrollment forms were sent home and were due back on December 16, 2022. As to the initial letter sent home, your child's spot is no longer guaranteed. Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is now open to the public. Classes are filling fast, so please let the office or your child's teacher know if you require another re-enrollment form.

Assessments

Teachers have started assessments in their classrooms and these will be sent home January 27th. Conferences will not be held this semester, however if you have any questions or concerns please reach out to your child’s teacher to schedule a conference.

Inclement Weather Policy

Rollingwood Academy special announcements, such as school closings, delays, and early dismissals will be posted on our social media page, posted on your child’s Class Dojo and on our website www.rollingwoodacademy.com. You will also receive an email as soon as we make a decision about school closings or delays.

January 16th- Martin Luther King Jr. Day- School Closed

January 26th- Spirit/Pizza Day- Remember to wear your Rollingwood t-shirt and pack snacks!

January 27th- Report cards are sent home

February 14th- Pizza Day/Valentine’s Day Party (details to come from your child’s teacher)

February 20th- President’s Day- School Closed

March 17th- Staff Development Day- School Closed

April 7th- Spring Tea Party 11:00am

April 10th-April 14th- Spring Break- School Closed
