Students enter our Honeysuckle kindergarten program at five years of age.  Rollingwood Academy's goal is to provide each student with the skills necessary to enter first grade, whether the child moves on to a private or public school setting.  Rollingwood Academy's preschool and prekindergarten program enhance a student's success, however, we have many students that enter our kindergarten program as a first year student.  We provide a variety of individual, small group and large group activities throughout our daily program.  Academics are incorporated into unit themes of study.  This enables the student to receive diverse hands-on learning that enhances critical thinking and creativity skills.  The curriculum includes, but is not limited to; phonics, reading, math, social studies, science, iPad lab, spelling, and handwriting.  The students are assessed each quarter and exit our program with a portfolio showcasing their milestones achieved closing with a kindergarten graduation ceremony.

Rollingwood Academy's kindergarten operates Monday through Friday full-day.  We offer military and sibling discounts.  Our foundation is built upon our Open Door Policy, welcoming parents to observe their child through our surveillance system at their convenience, be an active participant in their child's class and school community.
