September News

Dear RWA Families,

We are so happy to welcome new and returning families to Rollingwood! It is great to see all of their smiling little faces back in the building and we are looking forward to this being the start of a great year! We have a lot in store for this school year and will be sending home a newsletter each month with our monthly news.

Important Dates

  • September 22nd 5:30-7pm Open House Little Bluestem 2’s and 3’s (Parent only event)

  • September 24th 5:30-7pm Open House Southern Sundrop and Honeysuckle (Parent only event)

  • September 25th Spirit/Pizza Day- We will be having Pungo Pizza on this day. Please remember to just pack a am/pm snack and students may wear their RWA t-shirt!

  • October 1st Assessments begin. Sign-ups will be posted on Class Dojo on October 2nd.

  • October 13th & 14th Student Pictures- Please stay tuned for your child’s assigned day

  • October 30th 11:30am Pumpkin Picking & Book Character Parade.

    • Parents are invited to this event. More details to come in October Newsletter!

 Reminders

  • Missing paperwork from your child’s file must be turned into the office as soon as possible.

    • This includes the signed parent handbook form or the signed Covid addendum, medical health form, shot record, a copy of your child’s birth certificate, signed admission agreement, and a complete registration form.

  • Tuition for Installment 2 is due Tuesday, September 15th. Payments made after the 20th will be charged a $25.00 late fee on their next month’s installment.

  • Soccer Shots begins this Friday, September 18th, 2020.

  • Please label all of your child’s personal belonging.

  • Illness-

    • Please notify the school when your child is sick. Any child with a fever must be fever free for 24 hours before returning back to school.

 

We appreciate your patience with us as we navigate through some changes and fine-tune all our new procedures. We look forward to a great year with your child!
